muchos materiales indisolubles como AES , AESA , LSA , etc.. Durante el proceso de producción de detergentes líquidos para ahorrar el consumo de energía y acortar el período de producción. El homogeneizador de alto corte adopta la tecnología alemana, 0~ 3500 rpm de velocidad variable, y la velocidad máxima puede llegar a 4500 rpm,El título de corte es de aproximadamente 0.2 ~ 5um.
◭El cuerpo del tanque está soldado con una placa de acero inoxidable importada de tres capas.. El cuerpo del tanque y las tuberías adoptan pulido de espejo o acabado mate , que cumple totalmente con los requisitos GMP.
◭Según los requisitos del cliente. , El tanque puede calentar y enfriar materiales.. La forma de calefacción, que incluye calefacción a vapor y calefacción eléctrica.. Fácil de descargar , Descarga directa desde el fondo o mediante bomba de transferencia..
◭El tanque principal emulsionante ,es diseño de vacío ,el grado de vacío máximo es -0.09MPa.
◭ Podemos elegir el levantamiento hidráulico ,Es fácil para la limpieza. o si la fábrica tiene espacio limitado,Podemos aconsejar a un tipo fijo, la parte superior
